Qwirky three level layout
Inside, the barn’s quirky three-level layout gives the space charm and personality. At the top sits a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and across the stairwell is a twin bedroom. From here, six steps lead down to the kitchen and bathroom level, followed by another gentle descent to the open-plan living and dining area. Everything feels relaxed and practical, with thoughtful layout choices that make moving through the cottage feel easy and natural.

Inside, the electric log burner brings a soft glow and cosy warmth on cooler evenings, with two heat settings to help you settle in comfortably. The underfloor heating, powered by solar panels and supported by battery storage and an air source heat pump, keeps the barn snug throughout the year. Together, these thoughtful eco-friendly features offer a lower-carbon, more sustainable stay while ensuring the space feels warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

The lounge opens straight onto the patio – your own outdoor haven with sun loungers, a parasol, a dining set, a coal BBQ and, of course, your private hot tub overlooking the hills. Beyond the patio is an enclosed lawn, giving dogs a safe area to potter and play while you unwind nearby.
